 New Southbound Case File 3: What are the side effects of getting vaccination? 

After being vaccinated, the immune system is instructing your body to build up antibodies, in which you may experience mild or moderate side effects. Even if there are no side effects, it doen’t mean that the vaccine is ineffective. It is because everyone's immune response towards the vaccine is different. 

Possible side effects of vaccination might include pain, redness and swelling at the injection site, which usually disappears within a few days. Other possible reactions include tiredness, headache, muscle pain, fever, chills, joint pain and nausea, these mild symptoms usually disappears within days.

Please seek medical assistance to clarify the cause if the symptom or discomfort persists after vaccination.

Vaccination can increase protection and reduce preventable infections, serious illness and deaths. If you meet the qualifications and have been approved doctor to be vaccinated, you can get your vaccine. Remember to get vaccinated as soon as possible in order to protect yourself and others!
