Please Help us Detective!
The New Southbound Detective Agency is online again, let’s see what problem we are going to solve today!
New Southbound Case File 4: In what conditions do I need to seek for medical attention after vaccination?
After vaccination, you may have a fever (≥38℃), which usually goes away within 48hours. If fever persists for more than 48 hours, or severe allergic reactions such as shortness of breath, wheezing, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, rash all over your body and other uncomfortable symptoms manifest, seek medical attention as soon as possible to clarify the cause of the disease, and inform the doctor that you have been vaccinated as a reference for diagnosis. At the same time, doctor should report to the local health bureau or Center of Disease Control.
Vaccination can greatly reduce the risk of infection, severe illness, and death. After vaccination, please remember tocontinue wearing face masks at all times, wash your hands frequently, and practice social distancing to reduce the threat of breakthrough infections and contracting new virus strains.
The New Southbound Policy Detective Agency, see you in the next issue!
